Stir-Fried Kale with Ginger


Quick and easy way to prepare kale.

1 T minced fresh ginger

1/2 T olive oil
coarsely chopped kale
1 t soy sauce
1/4 c water
1 T toasted sesame seeds

Heat oil on medium in a skillet, add the ginger and cook about a minute. Add the kale and raise the heat to medium high. Add soy sauce and water can stir-fry untl the kale is wilted but still a little crunchy. About 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
