Tortellini with Canellini

Good and also fun to say.

1 package frozen cheese tortellini
1 can canellini beans, drained
2/3 c milk
1/4 c grated Parmesan
1 small red or yellow bell pepper cut into slivers
1 T fresh oregano or 1 t dried
1/4 t nutmeg
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Cook tortellini and drain.  Meanwhile put beans and milk in blender or food processor and blend till smooth.  Transfer to a large skillet and stir in the rest of the ingredients until heated through.  Add to cooked tortellini and toss to blend.  Serve with more grated Parmesan.
